PREPAID PAWDICURE CLUB PACKAGE POLICY

 

Prepaid Pawdicure Club packages are sold as discounted service bundles and are subject to the following terms:

• 3-Service Packages: Valid for 6 months from purchase date

• 6-Service Packages: Valid for 12 months from purchase date

• 9-Service Packages: Valid for 18 months from purchase date

 

Packages are:

• Non-refundable after 7 days, and only refundable within

7 days if no services have been rendered

• Valid only for the number of pets selected at purchase

• Not redeemable for cash or monetary credit

• Not transferable

 

All services must be scheduled and completed prior to the expiration date. Unused services expire automatically and cannot be extended.

 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be deducted from the package.

 

In the event the service provider permanently ceases operations or is unable to continue offering services indefinitely, reasonable accommodations or refunds for unused services will be provided. Temporary service interruptions—such as illness, vehicle issues, weather, emergencies, or necessary schedule changes—do not constitute an indefinite inability to provide services and do not qualify for refunds under this provision.

 

Purchase of a package constitutes acceptance of these terms.
